Lightworker Initiation

1. This Agreement is between you and Love and Light Enterprises LLC and relates to your participation in the Lightworker Initiation.

2. The Lightworker Initiation is self study program, which consists of (at minimum): access to 9 modules of content & worksheets via Thrivcart.


Release of Liability

3. You acknowledge that you are aware that in no way is Love and Light Enterprises LLC and related coaching services to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed and any testimonials or case studies explaining results are not a guarantee that you will receive the same results. You enter in the mindset & manifestation with the full understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results. Participants are 100% committed to themselves and willing to lean into discomfort, face off resistance, and receive support from Amber to follow through to completion.

4. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in the Lightworker Initiation. The content and materials – in short, the results are not guaranteed as wellbeing and lifestyle results are based on many factors. We do not guarantee or imply that you will be completely healed or cured of any medical condition.



Privacy & Property

5. As a participant of the Lightworker Initiation, you understand that all information and techniques, skills, teachings, and concepts that are shared by experts, speakers, coaches, and facilitators along with all online video and audio recordings, all trainings on Facebook and Zoom, manuals, checklists, files, documents, images, affirmations, quotes, websites and other materials are the property of the Lightworker Initiation, Amber Valdez, and/or Love and Light Enterprises LLC (formerly known as “The Life Purpose Cheerleader”), and are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice. They are for educational purposes only. All teachings, videos, growth work, workbooks, exercises & practices are the intellectual property of Love and Light Enterprises LLC and may not be used or copied without prior written consent.

6. It is assumed that this is completed with the understanding that what is taught within the program remains the copyright of Love and Light Enterprises LLC and the Lightworker Initiation program. Information will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcasted, sold or otherwise transferred without our written consent.

7. Recording is not permitted during the program and associated events. Love and Light Enterprises LLC has the right to record, edit, and upload for use within the container, promotion or otherwise. However, Amber Valdez will choose to refrain from sharing personal, vulnerable, and confidential moments to maintain a safe container.

8. You understand the program hosts and facilitates events that may be filmed with footage that may contain the participants and audience. This footage may be used to create products such as online videos AND USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES. You give permission for this to occur.

9. The programs and the materials, usernames and passwords, quotes, affirmations, images, and video content provided to you are confidential and must not be given to or shared with anyone outside of the program community.


Cancellation, Refunds, & Money Back Guarantee

10. All of the materials that will be provided to you have been created from the expertise and experience of your host and all facilitators. All these materials require extensive investment on their part. As such, no refunds or money-back guarantees will be issued. In signing this agreement, you agree that you are willing and able to participate in the Lightworker Initiation program to the best of your abilities so you can gain as much as possible from your time in the program.

10.1 The Client agrees to the payment plan of $222 paid in full.

10.2 The client agrees to handle any payment grievances and disputes despite being aware of the no refund or cancellation policy by contacting Love and Light Enterprises LLC team internally at assistant@ambervalez.com. The client agrees not to contact their banking institution, PayPal or Stripe to report fraudulent charges or file a chargeback with their credit card company. Reference 11.0 below for NO REFUND policy.

11. The client agrees to the company's no refund and no cancellation policy. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. There will be no refunds.

Conduct

12. The participants of the program understand that they will conduct themselves appropriately, authentically and ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, Love and Light Enterprises LLC reserves the right to discontinue your membership without a refund.

13. We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, or make any other changes, cancel or reschedule part of the program or revise the content of the program as reasonably required.

14. By becoming a student of the Lightworker Initiation, you agree to the above points of the agreement. Should you have any questions, please contact Amber Valdez and/or her assistant via email.

15. I agree to the rules of the game:

a.) You commit to sharing your wins with Amber and her team.

b.) If at any time you feel stuck or you are unsure about what to do with any of the course work, have feedback, concerns or grievances you promise to get in contact with Amber's assistant (assistant@ambervaldez.com) first, and then email Amber (amber@ambervaldez.com) to schedule a call immediately.

c.) You will take full responsibility for your results or lack thereof. You commit to show up, be coachable, trust the process, do all the work with full integrity, both online and offline and you will immediately implement what you learn so that you may begin to live your purpose and make a difference on this planet. Ah-ho, A-men and SO IT IS!

d.) You commit to showing up at your best and treating Amber, her team, and the course material with kindness and respect. Should any boundaries be crossed, you acknowledge that you may be removed from the program with no refund given.
